Pastor Nathaniel Bassey's Legal Team Petitions IGP Over Defamation


Gospel minister, Nathaniel Bassey, through his legal team has petitioned the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, for criminal defamation and cyberstalking allegedly by four social media users.


Last week, four social media users alleged that Bassey fathered the son of fellow gospel singer Mercy Chinwo.


The lawyers urged the police authorities to urgently treat the petition against the four social media users Okoronkwo Ejike, Kingsley Ibeh, Terrence Ekot and Dj Spoiltkid.
